We are able to commit to this fee structure due to our experienced recruiting experience and focused search assignment strategy. Every search is handled by senior consultants ensuring that the retainer search is done with the “best practice”. 

At Talent Mappers, one of our core competencies is mapping best talent under ‘least turnaround time’. Our retained search process is about finding the best resource available in the market at the time, to fit a specific open position.  These searches can be senior mandates or turnkey recruitment assignments.

As a methodical process approach, we communicate with the client frequently, and provide weekly status reports on every search. Beyond the formal reporting, we consult with client throughout the process, making them aware as to whom we are talking to, what the market looks like, what kind of response we are receiving, what companies we’re targeting and why. We give our clients a high level of insight into the process and the benefit of the market knowledge that we gain during the search process.
